NTIS and GIM are pleased to announce the availability of Limited Query Products on deanumber.com. Limited Query Products are intended as a service for companies and hospitals who do not need to verify DEA numbers often or on a regular basis. Instead, you may purchase a small number of queries to use as needed.

Before you make your purchase, we highly recommend that you read the instructions.

Instructions for purchasing and using a Limited Query Product.

Please note: Each query you purchase allows you to perform one search. A search does not guarantee a result. For example, if you purchase 5 Queries and search for a DEA Number and get no result, that will still use one of your 5 queries and you will have 4 remaining.

Important: Please double-check your search before hitting enter or pressing submit. Once you search, that will use up one query. If you have the DEA #, enter only that into the search form. If you do not, use the provider's last name and ZIP Code to search.

1 Query

The 1 Query product allows you to perform one search of the database. Once you have used this search, you will not be able to retrieve the results at a later date, so be sure to print or copy the results immediately so that you do not lose them.

5 Queries

The 5 Queries product allows you to perform 5 individual searches of the database. Once you have used each search, you will not be able to retrieve the results at a later date, so be sure to print or copy the results immediately so that you do not lose them.

10 Queries

$70.00

The 10 Queries product allows you to perform 10 individual searches of the database. Once you have used each search, you will not be able to retrieve the results at a later date, so be sure to print or copy the results immediately so that you do not lose them.
