• Double-check that you are logged in. It will say "You are logged in as" and your username in red at the top of the page if you are logged in. If you do not have a username and password, you must purchase either a Limited Query product or a subscription in order to search the database.
• If you are a Limited Query customer, you may have used up all your queries. You must purchase more in order to search.
• If you are a Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly subscriber, your subscription may have expired. You can check this by going to Tools > My Account if you are the account administrator.
• If you are still not sure why the system will not allow you to search, please contact Global Internet Management at 800-538-3539 and explain the situation.
